All BOCO sauces and condiments are hand-made with natural, healthy ingredients—many from my own garden, and as many as possible from local farms and growers.

Here's a list of BOCO products; please email me to find out what's currently in stock, and/or to place an order. I will deliver within Niagara-on-the-Lake; otherwise it's pick-up at my house.

CHIA PUDDING  (8oz, $5)

   chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, date paste, lime juice, maple syrup, cardamom, salt

     A fresh, healthy dessert with a little zing to it.

COCONUT CORIANDER CHUTNEY  (4oz, $5)

   unsweetened coconut, fresh coriander/cilantro, green onions, jalapeno, ginger root, lime juice, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt

      A spicy condiment that would go well with any meats or fish, as well as Asian foods.

COWBOY BUTTER  (8oz, $7)

   butter, lemon, garlic, shallot, Dijon, horseradish, cayenne, paprika, parsley, scallion, thyme, salt, pepper

      Typically used on meats, I put this on anything and everything. Zingy, with a hint of heat from the horseradish.

GINGER SCALLION SAUCE  (8oz, $7)

   ginger root, scallions, tamari (gluten-free soy sauce), rice vinegar, sesame oil, sunflower oil

      A classic Asian condiment that enhances any dish.

HARISSA WITH PRESERVED LEMON  (4oz, $5)

   dried peppers, roasted peppers, preserved lemon, coriander seeds, caraway seeds, cumin seeds, sunflower oil, garlic, salt

      A traditional middle-eastern condiment, this fiery stuff livens up anything.

   dried peppers, roasted peppers, preserved lemon, coriander seeds, caraway seeds, cumin seeds, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, rosewater

KIMCHI  (8oz, $5)

   Napa cabbage, Korean chili peppers, scallions, ginger, tamari, vegan fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt

      A traditional Korean condiment, kimchi is fermented and excellent for healthy gut flora. Also de-freakin'-licious.

LEMON BOMB (4oz, $5)

   hot peppers, preserved lemon, lemon juice, garlic, salt

      I'm salivating at the very thought of this fermented hot sauce.

      It takes three (long) weeks to brew, with daily 'burping' (oh, the heavenly smell).

MAGIC GREEN SAUCE (8oz, $7)

   avocado, jalapeno, coriander/cilantro, coconut milk, garlic, lime juice, salt

      Like the name says....

MAYONNAISE  (8oz, $5)

   whole egg, dijon mustard, lemon juice, sunflower oil

MAYONNAISE WITH PRESERVED LEMON  (8oz, $5)

   whole egg, dijon mustard, lemon juice, sunflower oil, preserved lemon

      As good as a jar of hollandaise sauce.


PEACH/NECTARINE SALSA with ginger and shiso  (8oz, $7)

   varies, but generally peaches/nectarines, tomato, coriander/cilantro, lemon/lime juice, garlic, shallot, grated ginger root, shiso, salt

      A classic fruit salsa with a slight Asian twist; goes with anything.

      Shiso is also known as Japanese Basil, and has a hint of cinnamon in its flavour profile.

PRESERVED LEMONS  (2 for $5)

   lemon, lemon juice, salt

      These lemons sit in salt and juice for a month, fermenting and enriching their flavour. A common North African flavouring.

SHISO PESTO  (4oz, $5)

   shiso, ginger, lime, sesame oil, garlic, sunflower oil, wasabi

      Shiso is also known as Japanese Basil, and has a hint of cinnamon in its flavour profile. This pesto is beautiful on rice noodles, and fish.

THAI CURRY PASTE  (4oz, $5)

   coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sezchuan peppercorns, chiles, shallot, cilantro, ginger root, turmeric root, lemongrass, lime, garlic

      The real deal. Very pungent, quite spicy on a spoon, but mellows on rice noodles.

      You can freeze this in an ice cube tray, and it will last indefinitely and be available in portion-sized bits.

TOUM  (8oz, $7)

   garlic, lemon juice, sunflower oil, salt

      This one should is so addictive it should come with a warning. 

      It's thick, spreadable flavour that goes on or in anything from bread to soup—to soup spoons.


ZHUG  (8oz, $7)

   parsley, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, salt, cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, sunflower oil, salt

      This traditional middle-eastern condiment is fresh and exotic tasting, and goes great on veggies, fish or poultry.
